The links work OK but user needs to have at least "reporter" privileges to view certain pages.

All users have now granted "reporter" privileges to all projects.

New group "Cluster Users" created and all normal users added to that group. The group is member of projects "User's Page" and "Clusters" so the projects Wiki etc. are available to group members.
